<\/span>Para alterar a sua palavra-passe, inicie a sess\u00e3o em “A minha conta”, v\u00e1 a “Defini\u00e7\u00f5es” e clique em “Iniciar sess\u00e3o e Seguran\u00e7a”. N\u00e3o recomendamos o uso de caracteres especiais (\u1eab, \u1ec0, \u1ec7, \u1ed3, \u1ef3, \u1eb5 etc.) na sua palavra-passe. <\/span>Se se esqueceu da sua Palavra-passe, obviamente n\u00e3o conseguir\u00e1 aceder \u00e0 sua conta. Neste caso, tem de redefinir a sua palavra-passe. S\u00f3 tem de seguir estes passos simples:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Clique no bot\u00e3o iniciar sess\u00e3o e clique em “Esqueceu-se da palavra-passe?” <\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Insira o seu nome de utilizador e clique em “Enviar-me um e-mail”.<\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Ser\u00e1 enviada uma nova palavra-passe por e-mail. Isto pode demorar alguns minutos. Se tiver decorrido algum tempo e n\u00e3o tiver recebido o e-mail, consulte a sua pasta de spam.<\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n
