Por outras palavras, este documento d\u00e1-lhe permiss\u00e3o para levantar o carro. <\/span><strong>Sem a autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o de levantamento (PUA)<\/strong><span><\/span>\u00a0<strong>ou nota de liberta\u00e7\u00e3o, o ve\u00edculo n\u00e3o pode ser levantado.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>Este procedimento existe para garantir que o seu ve\u00edculo n\u00e3o \u00e9 recolhido pelo motorista errado. Por favor, informe o local de levantamento sobre a data e hora pretendidas para o levantamento. A anteced\u00eancia com que o deve fazer \u00e9 mencionada na PUA ou na nota de liberta\u00e7\u00e3o. Siga as instru\u00e7\u00f5es cuidadosamente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Se, por algum motivo, o seu condutor n\u00e3o tiver a PUA ou a nota de liberta\u00e7\u00e3o com ele, tem de:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>1. Enviar a PUA com essas informa\u00e7\u00f5es por e-mail para o endere\u00e7o de email na PUA.<\/span><br \/>\n<span>2. Informar o nosso servi\u00e7o de apoio ao cliente sobre a data do levantamento, o nome da transportadora e o nome do motorista.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Observa\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/strong><span><\/span>\u00a0<span>para alguns ve\u00edculos da Alemanha, B\u00e9lgica, Fran\u00e7a e It\u00e1lia, precisar\u00e1 de duas PUAs.
