Como faz o upload destes ficheiros? \u00c9 simples. S\u00f3 tem de seguir estes passos simples:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Passo 1: <\/strong><br \/>\nEntre em &#8220;A minha conta&#8221; e clique em &#8220;Carregar documentos&#8221;. Em seguida, selecione o ve\u00edculo para o qual deseja enviar o CMR ou CoD. Indique se deseja enviar um CoD ou um CMR e envie o ficheiro. <span style=\"letter-spacing: 0em;\">A OPENLANE verificar\u00e1 o CMR ou CoD final e aprovar\u00e1 e enviar\u00e1 os documentos do ve\u00edculo por correio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Importante: <\/strong>se enviar o CMR\/CoD final correto <strong>antes das 12:00<\/strong>, se for aprovado pela nossa administra\u00e7\u00e3o e se os documentos do autom\u00f3vel estiverem dispon\u00edveis, estes ser-lhe-\u00e3o enviados no mesmo dia. O n\u00famero de acompanhamento estar\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel online na p\u00e1gina &#8220;A minha conta&#8221; ap\u00f3s as 17:30 CET. Por favor, carregue <strong>apenas o CMR final<\/strong> que cobre a entrega da esta\u00e7\u00e3o para a sua morada de entrega OU o <strong>Certificado de Entrega (CE) juntamente com o cart\u00e3o de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o preenchido<\/strong> corretamente.<\/p>\n<p><strong> Etapa 2: <\/strong><br \/>\nQuando receber os seus documentos, lembre-se de confirmar a rece\u00e7\u00e3o. Isto \u00e9 vital para fechar a venda com sucesso. Felizmente, \u00e9 muito f\u00e1cil de fazer! S\u00f3 tem de iniciar a sess\u00e3o em &#8220;A minha conta&#8221; novamente. Em &#8220;Pedidos&#8221;, encontre seu ve\u00edculo e confirme que recebeu os documentos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Observa\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/strong> tenha em considera\u00e7\u00e3o que adaptaremos o procedimento acima se necess\u00e1rio, por exemplo, se precisarmos de estar em conformidade com a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o local ou em caso de exporta\u00e7\u00e3o para fora da UE.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Caso sejam cobradas taxas por atraso do levantamento, os documentos do autom\u00f3vel n\u00e3o ser\u00e3o libertados at\u00e9 que as taxas de estacionamento sejam pagas integralmente.<\/strong>\u202fDe acordo com os nossos \u202f<a href=\"\/pt-pt?page_id=3620&amp;tab=transport-and-delivery-of-vehicles-and-vehicle-documents\">Termos e Condi\u00e7\u00f5es <\/a>\u202f(Par\u00e1grafo 7.3.3), quando receber a sua autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o para levantar o ve\u00edculo, ter\u00e1 duas semanas para levant\u00e1-lo. Se o ve\u00edculo n\u00e3o for levantado dentro dessas duas semanas, ser\u00e1 cobrada uma taxa administrativa de 50 EUR mais at\u00e9 5 EUR por dia at\u00e9 que o ve\u00edculo seja levantado. Receber\u00e1 um formul\u00e1rio para essas taxas de estacionamento assim que o carro for levantado, e os documentos do autom\u00f3vel ser\u00e3o retidos at\u00e9 que a fatura seja paga.
