O procedimento difere consoante se trate de um ve\u00edculo com margem ou com exclus\u00e3o do IVA:<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Ve\u00edculos de margem<\/span><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span>Passo 1: Contactar a Ag\u00eancia das Finan\u00e7as<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Localize a reparti\u00e7\u00e3o de finan\u00e7as da sua regi\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<li>Solicite uma marca\u00e7\u00e3o para desbloquear o n\u00famero de chassis por telefone ou online.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span>Etapa 2: Preparar os documentos necess\u00e1rios Na marca\u00e7\u00e3o, apresente os seguintes documentos:<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Documento de registo original: Prova de propriedade do pa\u00eds de origem.<\/li>\n<li>Fatura de compra: Detalhes do ve\u00edculo e pre\u00e7o.<\/li>\n<li>Comprovativo de pagamento: Comprovativo de pagamento (por exemplo, recibo de transfer\u00eancia banc\u00e1ria).<\/li>\n<li>Certificado de margem: Fornecido pela Openlane, confirmando que o ve\u00edculo foi vendido ao abrigo do regime de margem (regime de IVA espec\u00edfico).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong><span>Passo 3: Fornecer documentos adicionais, se solicitados<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong>A Ag\u00eancia Tribut\u00e1ria pode solicitar mais documentos (por exemplo, desalfandegamento, Certificado de Conformidade).<\/p>\n<p><strong><span>Passo 4: Comparecer \u00e0 marca\u00e7\u00e3o<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong>Apresente todos os documentos e a Receita Federal desbloquear\u00e1 o n\u00famero do chassi.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span>Passo 5: Completar o registo do ve\u00edculo<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong>Registar o ve\u00edculo na Motorizzazione Civile, pagar os impostos, obter a matr\u00edcula italiana e o seguro.<\/p>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><strong><br \/>\nVe\u00edculos sem IVA<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/span><\/div>\n<p>Guia para a importa\u00e7\u00e3o de ve\u00edculos estrangeiros para It\u00e1lia (ve\u00edculos sem IVA)<\/p>\n<p><span><strong>Passo 1: Efetuar o pagamento do IVA<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Calcular o IVA devido pelo ve\u00edculo.<\/li>\n<li>Pagar o IVA utilizando o formul\u00e1rio F24. Completar o pagamento atrav\u00e9s de transfer\u00eancia banc\u00e1ria ou outros m\u00e9todos aceites.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span>Passo 2: Pedir o recibo CED<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Apresente os seguintes documentos ao seu Servi\u00e7o de Finan\u00e7as local para solicitar o recibo CED:<\/li>\n<li>Fatura de compra: A fatura original que detalha a compra do ve\u00edculo.<\/li>\n<li>Formul\u00e1rio F24 e comprovante de pagamento: O formul\u00e1rio F24 preenchido e o comprovativo do pagamento do IVA.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span><strong>Passo 3: Verificar o bloqueio do chassis durante o registo<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span>Se o chassis do ve\u00edculo estiver bloqueado durante a tentativa de registo, verifique a sua gaveta fiscal (Cassetto Fiscale) no portal online da Ag\u00eancia das Finan\u00e7as.<\/p>\n<p><span><strong>Passo 4: Resolver o bloqueio do chassis (apenas necess\u00e1rio se estiver bloqueado)<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span>Se o chassis n\u00e3o corresponder ou apresentar um pagamento insuficiente, contactar a Ag\u00eancia das Finan\u00e7as para solicitar o desbloqueio.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span>Passo 5: Concluir o registo<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong>Uma vez desbloqueado, proceder ao registo do ve\u00edculo atrav\u00e9s da Motorizzazione Civile, incluindo o pagamento de quaisquer outras taxas e a obten\u00e7\u00e3o de matr\u00edculas italianas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Com as novas altera\u00e7\u00f5es na fatura\u00e7\u00e3o, os clientes italianos com IVA ligado ao VIES ser\u00e3o agora respons\u00e1veis pelo processo de importa\u00e7\u00e3o e pelo pagamento do IVA.
