Proizvajalec z izdajo COC potrjuje, da vozilo izpolnjuje vse zahteve in standarde, dolo\u010dene z ES. Dokument vklju\u010duje podatke o vozilu in proizvajalcu, \u0161tevilko homologacije, tehni\u010dne specifikacije ter druge pomembne informacije. Vsebino COC dolo\u010da uredba EU (sprememba IX, Uredba 92\/53).<\/p>\n<p>Do COC so upravi\u010dena nekatera motorna kolesa, traktorji in osebna vozila. Certifikat ni na voljo za vozila, izdelana za trge zunaj EU (npr. ameri\u0161ki ali japonski trg), starej\u0161a vozila brez ES homologacije in predelana vozila. V teh primerih COC ne zagotavljamo.
