September morajo vsi novi avtomobili, registrirani na Evropa, opraviti test WLPT, ki je bolj realisti\u010den na\u010din merjenja porabe goriva in<\/sub><span>&#x00a0;<\/span>emisij CO<sub>2. Ta nova prelomnica je spro\u017eila \u0161tevilna vpra\u0161anja in skrbi. Kak\u0161en je vpliv tega novega standarda na prodajo rabljenih avtomobilov?<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_medium\"><\/div><div class=\"g-cols wpb_row via_grid cols_1 laptops-cols_inherit tablets-cols_inherit mobiles-cols_1 valign_top type_default stacking_default\" style=\"--columns-gap:3rem;\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>WLTP ima in bo verjetno imel \u0161e druge, v\u010dasih nepri\u010dakovane u\u010dinke na trg rabljenih vozil. Prvi od teh u\u010dinkov so se pokazali \u017ee lani poleti. Uvozniki in distributerji so, da bi se znebili avtomobilov, ki so bili \u0161e vedno testirani po starem sistemu NEDC, ponudili tako ugodno prodajo, da so se nekdanji ljubitelji rabljenih avtomobilov preusmerili na trg novih avtomobilov. Na spletni strani Avgust se je \u0161tevilo registracij novih avtomobilov pove\u010dalo kar za 31% na spletni strani Evropa. Zelo umetno pove\u010danje, ki je bilo posledica dejstva, da se datum novega standarda hitro pribli\u017euje, zato so bili trgovci prisiljeni sami Registracija svoje neprodane zaloge, dokler je bilo to \u0161e mogo\u010de. Tako je trg rabljenih vozil naenkrat preplavilo ve\u010d tiso\u010d avtomobilov z &#8220;ni\u010d kilometri&#8221;. <\/p>\n<h2>Podalj\u0161ajte ali po\u010dakajte&#8230;<\/h2>\n<p> Vsi poznamo zgodbo: postopek testiranja porabe WLTP je pogosto negativno vplival na<\/sub> vrednosti CO<sub>2. Tudi ekstrapolirani podatki, znani kot NEDC 2.0 ali korelirani NEDC, so pogosto vi\u0161ji. V povpre\u010dju med 10 in 15%. Ker je ve\u010dina evropskih dr\u017eav uvedla davek na avtomobile, ki je<\/sub> ob\u010dutljiv na emisije CO<sub>2, je sektor avtomobilskih flot pokazal veliko previdnost. Nekateri mened\u017eerji so izkoristili ugodne poletne razmere za nakup in takoj Registracija svojih vozil. Vendar je ve\u010dina raje po\u010dakala, da so proizvajalci objavili podatke na spletni strani WLTP\/NEDC2.0, preden so oddali svoja naro\u010dila. Podjetja zato raje podalj\u0161ujejo \u017eivljenjsko dobo svojih avtomobilov. Tisti, ki niso \u010dakali na objavo podatkov, da bi podpisali naro\u010dila, se zdaj soo\u010dajo z druga\u010dnim vpra\u0161anjem: \u010dakalnimi dobami za dobavo novih avtomobilov. Razlog za to je, da \u0161tevilni modeli niso bili pravo\u010dasno testirani (in nekateri \u0161e vedno niso), bodisi zaradi spremenjene proizvodnje bodisi zaradi \u010dakalne vrste v testnih laboratorijih. \u0160tevilni proizvajalci so pozno ratificirali vrednosti za (nekatere) svoje modele. Posledica je v vsakem primeru enaka: medtem ko \u010dakajo na naro\u010dilo ali dobavo svojih avtomobilov, modeli, ki so \u017ee v prometu, podalj\u0161ujejo svojo \u017eivljenjsko dobo na cesti in posledi\u010dno dosegajo vi\u0161je \u0161tevilo prevo\u017eenih kilometrov. Ti avtomobili bodo na trg rabljenih vozil prispeli pozneje, kot je bilo pri\u010dakovano, in verjetno vsi hkrati, kar bo povzro\u010dilo te\u017eave pri njihovi \u010dim hitrej\u0161i prodaji. To bo povzro\u010dilo dolo\u010deno neravnovesje med ponudbo in povpra\u0161evanjem po teh \u0161tiri do pet let starih avtomobilih, ki imajo na \u0161tevcu prevo\u017eenih kilometrov od 140,000 do 180,000. Njihova Cena se bo zato na Evropa znatno pove\u010dala. Da bi ostali v dirki, bo treba na spletni strani Dra\u017ebe pokazati pravo mero agresivnosti. <\/p>\n<h2>Prihodnost s CO<sub>2<\/sub>?<\/h2>\n<p> \u010cez dve do \u0161tiri leta bodo na trg prispeli prvi avtomobili, testirani po standardu WLTP. Te\u017eko je napovedati, kaj to\u010dno se bo zgodilo. Kljub temu se dav\u010dni sistem ne bo spremenil: \u0161e naprej bo povezan s sistemom CO<sub>2<\/sub>. Danes se je ve\u010dina evropskih trgov dogovorila za zmanj\u0161anje dav\u010dnega bremena WLTP s tem, da se strinjajo z uporabo vrednosti NEDC 2.0 kot osnove za izra\u010dun. Ponavljamo: te vrednosti so \u017ee zdaj praviloma vi\u0161je. Vendar bodo prej ali slej, odvisno od spletne strani Dr\u017eava, prav vrednosti WLTP dokon\u010dno slu\u017eile kot osnova za izra\u010dun davka. To bo poleg tega vplivalo na vse mo\u017enosti glede<\/sub> vrednosti CO<sub>2. Zato se zdi logi\u010dno, da kupci rabljenih avtomobilov i\u0161\u010dejo vozila z najni\u017ejo mo\u017eno<\/sub> ravnijo CO<sub>2 in s tem morda starej\u0161e avtomobile. Kajti tudi \u010de so novej\u0161i avtomobili dejansko manj onesna\u017eujo\u010di od starej\u0161ih, bodo dejansko izkazovali vi\u0161je<\/sub> ravni CO<sub>2. Tak\u0161na je realnost sistema WLTP. Obmo\u010dja z nizkimi emisijami in druge omejitve, ki se pojavljajo okoli (velikih) mest, bodo ta u\u010dinek vendarle zmanj\u0161ale. Na teh podro\u010djih se namre\u010d pogosto izka\u017ee, da so pomembne prav norme evra.
