Dva sklopa elementov, ki se pogosto imenujejo &#8220;veliki moduli&#8221; in vklju\u010dujejo tako strukturo \u0160asija, na katero so pritrjeni vzmetenje, krmiljenje, Motor, plo\u0161\u010dica za pedala spredaj in vzmetenje ter po mo\u017enosti nekateri deli Prenos ali Elektri\u010dni Motor v Zadaj. Ve\u010dina stro\u0161kov razvoja tak\u0161ne platforme je porazdeljena med ve\u010d modelov. Ta skupna uporaba arhitekture vpliva na proizvodnjo, saj omogo\u010da standardizacijo procesov, delov in orodij v razli\u010dnih tovarnah iste Narediti ali avtomobilske skupine. Na nadaljnji razvoj tega trenda bo vplival \u0161e en dejavnik: elektrifikacija. Splo\u0161ni proizvajalci avtomobilov si danes na vso mo\u010d prizadevajo za oblikovanje platform prihodnosti, ki bodo postale avtomobili jutri\u0161njega dne.
