2.3 Why can I (still) not log in?

There are several reasons why you might not be able to log in to our platform:

1. You used a wrong username and/or password
2. You did not become a Verified Buyer yet. Or our profile to become a Verified Buyer is in review by our customer service team.
3. Your account is currently suspended because we were unable to verify that your company meets the requirements to become a Verified Buyer. One of these requirements is that automotive trading or vehicle sales must be included as a primary or secondary activity in your official company registration documents.
   
4. Your account is suspended because your VAT number is invalid
   
5. Your account is suspended due to an internal decision in line with our Terms and Conditions
