There are different reasons why your account may have been blocked:
- You have not been verified as a professional car trader or dealer.
- The VAT number of your company appears to be invalid
- Customer service has revoked your right to use your account for reasons such as pending final delivery documents, unwanted behaviour, cancelled cars, unprofessional communication or conduct, etc.
- Your payment is late.
You must pay for your vehicle within one working day of receiving the invoice. We will send you a reminder after five days. If you fail to pay after this reminder, your account access may be revoked.
