2.2 Why is my account blocked?

There are different reasons why your account may have been blocked:

1. You did not become a Verified Buyer yet. Log in to your account and start the verification process.
2. The email or VAT number of your company appears to be invalid.
3. Customer service has revoked your right to use your account for reasons such as pending final delivery documents, unwanted behaviour, cancelled cars, unprofessional communication or conduct, etc.
4. Your payment is late. The payment process varies by location.
5. For companies from Belarus, Ukraine or Russia, bidding on and purchasing cars from OPENLANE will not be possible until further notice. We can no longer guarantee a smooth service to these countries.

If you are more than four days late submitting the payment for your vehicle, you will receive a friendly automatic reminder. If the payment is not received in full within six days, the system will automatically disallow you from bidding in other auctions until the payment has been confirmed by our bank. Your account will then be reinstated.
