2.6 How can I reach customer service?

If the chatbot doesn’t have the answer to your question, connect with a customer service agent via Live Chat during office hours from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. CET. For unresolved queries outside office hours, you can open a case. Don’t forget to log in to our website to access the chat. You can start a chat by clicking on the chat icon at the bottom right of the home page to start your session.
  2. Check the FAQs or open Self-Help. Consult our FAQs page or open the Self-Help Assistant for immediate answers to a wide range of customer questions.
  3. Email us. If you’re unable to find the answer you need in our FAQs or Self-Help Assistant, please feel free to email us. Our fast-working Customer Service Team will respond to you within 24 hours.
  4. For customers that have a dedicated account team, login to My account to see their contact details.

Our customer service agents are only permitted to provide information about cars directly to the company owner (main account holder).
